On Tuesday 6th February from 7pm - 12am GMT, there is essential maintenance taking place on myday.
For this maintenance window, we will be migrating the Sync Server from obsolete servers, meaning that URLs used by the Sync Server will be updated behind the scenes.
During the maintenance window, there may be disruption to the Sync Server but there should be no other impact to the myday platform. In preparation for this maintenance, we are asking all customers who currently use the Sync Server to review their firewall settings and to check their Sync Server the day after the work is complete. You need to ensure that in addition to existing URLs, the firewall will allow traffic to the following URLs:
sync-eu.myday.cloud
apilegacy.myday.cloud
authlegacy.myday.cloud
