Essential myday maintenance
We are emailing you to let you know that on Friday 15th July starting from 5pm BST we will be updating the myday identity platform. This will ensure that we are keeping this important feature of myday up-to-date. Users may need to sign back in to myday after the update.
The work will be completed over the weekend to ensure minimal impact. We will update the service status page once the work commences and has been completed.
We have meticulously planned the maintenance and successfully executed the required work on our test environment, therefore we do not foresee any issues once the upgrade has been completed. Should you have any problems, however, please be sure to contact Customer Support who will be closely monitoring the upgrade.
